Planks & Thanks


As we near November, I can’t help but recall this year and all we’ve been through.

It’s been a year of unexpected trials and a great deal of isolation for many.

It’s important to process these difficult times, although I hope there were many bright spots in your year, as well.

The way I’m choosing to recognize the positives is by focusing on making mindful, healthy choices throughout November, and I’d love for you to join me.

I like to call this Planksgiving: A Month of Planks & Thanks.

We’ll be committing to a Gratitude Prompt & a Plank each day, and it’s remarkable what these small efforts can add up to.
