I'm so glad you're here. I remember walking out of the testing site for my massage therapy board thinking, "what do I do now?" I had so many questions: Do I know enough? Am I good enough? Where should I work? How do I make a schedule? And so many more!
If you have similar concerns, then you're in the right place! Let's start with some questions. Send me an email with 5-15 questions or concerns you have about beginning your massage therapy/bodywork journey. This will give me an idea of what you're looking for, and it helps me know if I'm the best resource for you or if I need to recommend someone in a different field.
I offer sessions one-to-one or in small groups. I look forward to connecting with you.

I've been a licensed massage therapist since 2005. I started out working for a D.O. and spa in New Smyrna Beach all those years ago. Most of my career has been working in chiropractic offices so I have tons of hands-on experience. Eventually, I decided to pick up a few days at a spa to vary the modalities and expand into other areas. It wasn't long after that I decided to work for myself. I'm so glad I made that decision.
I've trained in a wide variety of modalities, and my education has definitely expanded over the years.
In 2016, I became a Certified Integrative Health Coach and more recently a Certified Life Purpose Life Coach. I'm so grateful for the journey I've traveled, and I'd love to guide you on yours.
