Introduction to Chakra Balancing for Women

Come join us to rediscover the balance within.  Stress, anxiety, and overwhelm of daily living can wear down our energy levels and internal sense of balance.  During this retreat, we will actively engage in strategies to create more awareness around our energy centers and implement short and effective ways to reset, recharge and ultimately rebalance these energy pathways.  Space is limited to 18 participants.  Lunch is provided.

Renée Langdon is a certified integrative health coach and is the owner of Live Your Health Inside & Out an organization dedicated to providing health and wellness strategies for women. 

Sarah Wright

Sarah Wright is a yoga instructor and Meridian Energetics Practitioner.  She owns Infinite Holistic Wellness, LLC and has spent time in India to enhance her understanding and practice of yoga.

Chakras

As we delve into the workings of the 7 chakra system, we discuss where the energy centers are located in the body, the organs, glands, and emotions associated with each one.  We also learn how to recognize when a chakra is in or out of balance.

Movement

Throughout the day we include a variety of movements and practices to create awareness in and of our bodies.  Embodying the nuances of the experience to create a deeper understanding of the power within us.

Reflection

For each chakra, we will take time to sit, explore, and reflect on our gained awareness and experiences through a series of journaling prompts. These prompts are tools we can come back to throughout our life to clearly connect and track patterns in our physical, mental, and emotional well-being that are either causing balance or imbalance within our entire energy system.
