Hi and welcome to the new and improved Live Your Health Inside & Out website. I hope you're enjoying it as much as I am. I finally feel that the design of the website reflects some of my personality as well as being informative about the many services offered. What I do is all about connection. I am so blessed to do what I love and meet amazing people along the way.
Recently, my life was touched by a most amazing woman. Lori had stage four breast cancer and was homebound when I met her, and yet she had such peace about her. I was very impressed by the number of family and friends who were always at her side creating a great support system for her. Unfortunately, I did not know Lori for very long. We met for the first time the end of May 2018; however, being in her presence made me feel like I'd known her longer. She just had a way about her that was very calming, and I loved her smile. She knew a lot about holistic practices, healthy eating, essential oils, homemade cleaning supplies, homemade laundry detergent and so much more. We had many things to talk about when I was with her, and she taught me quite a bit about a number of topics as well.
My life has been permanently touched by having met her. It's not the first time I have worked with someone with cancer who has passed. Each person has different qualities that leave lasting impressions with me, and I am grateful for each one I have had the privilege of knowing - however briefly. My heart, thoughts and prayers go out to the family and friends of Lori. I am grateful to have been a part of Lori's life.
